Heartie food database with cholesterol and nutrition values

The workflow

Keep the useful details together

01

Save your lipid results

Enter total cholesterol, LDL, HDL and triglycerides from your lab report. Heartie keeps results together with your blood pressure and weight history.

02

Look up food values

Browse the built-in food database to check cholesterol and fat values. Keep your food notes close to your other health records.

03

Use deeper food tools if you need them

Premium adds tools such as unlimited barcode scanning, online food search and meal or portion calculations.

What to expect

Clear tools, clear limits

Two kinds of cholesterol information

A blood lipid result from a lab and the cholesterol content of a food are different numbers. Heartie has places for both, so you can keep them distinct.

Food data in context

The food list also shows other nutrition values such as fat and protein. Use it to record what you eat, not as a personal treatment plan.

Private by default

Your records stay on your device by default. No account is required to begin using the app.

Questions

Before you download

Does Heartie test my cholesterol?

No. Enter results from a laboratory test. The app stores and charts them; it cannot perform a blood test.

Can I search for cholesterol in foods?

Yes. Heartie includes a built-in food database. Some additional food tools, including unlimited barcode scanning and online search, are Premium.

Can the app tell me what treatment I need?

No. Heartie is a diary and reference tool, not a medical device. Discuss results and treatment questions with a qualified clinician.
